Who We Are
The Rosen Realty Group is widely recognized by our clients and within the brokerage and landlord communities as honest, fair and tough negotiators who successfully close deals. We've been doing this since 1984, one of the first brokers in tenant representation the Bay Area! We represent the best of the San Francisco Bay Area: a local, family run business, recognized as the best at what we do, working for the tenant. It's no surprise that the majority of our business is repeat business and referrals.
Biographies
Mark C. Rosen and Anna Anello Rosen make up the team that powers the Rosen Realty Group. They both have legal degrees and possess skills and knowledge derived from their practice of the law. Their personal involvement in every aspect of the leasing process reflects their 20+ years in the industry.
Anna works the behind-the-scenes process; researching the market and matching your needs, developing and distributing the RFP, and putting together the project team.
Mark is the lead in bringing together client representation in the market. He applies his strong negotiating skills to accomplishing your goals. His obsessive attention to detail and document preparation assures successful completion of your lease and move.
Together, this extraordinary couple combines at work, at home and at play. They are raising their two sons here in San Francisco; Jordan currently attends Hofstra University in New York where he plays Division I Lacrosse and Spencer goes to St. Ignatius College Prepatory. And ask about their Rosen Realty Racing Team…the bicycle team of Rosen, Rosen and Rosen who ride and race, mountains, roads and triathlons. It's how they stay in shape, sharp, focused and competitive!
For the record, Mark is a fourth generation San Franciscan who graduated from Lowell High, has a BA from San Jose State and a JD from San Francisco Law School. Anna is a second generation Californian, with a BA from San Jose State and a JD from Santa Clara University school of Law.
Shauna Brandes rounds out the team, handling innumerable tasks and providing valuable client support. She is the market research analyst, an expert in lease analysis software, acts as executive assistant and office manager, and interacts seamlessly with each client as she supports Mark with fulfilling their client's real estate needs. She offers our clients constant accessibility and assistance. She enjoys the small office atmosphere at RRG and likes the intimate working relationship she has with both Mark and Anna, as well as their clients. Shauna is originally from Fresno, CA and now lives in Diamond Heights in San Francisco with her husband, Stefan. She enjoys international travel, photography, the piano, the French language, and is a foodie.
