No-cost Representation
In most transactions, our clients do not pay directly for our services. This is because “hard” leasing costs (such as general construction costs) and “soft” leasing costs (such as architectural fees, engineering fees, legal fees and brokerage fees) are generally paid for by the landlord or property owner once the lease is signed by the tenant. This is similar to a residential real estate sale, where the home seller typically pays the commission to the agent representing the buyer. What sets our firm apart is that we are transparent in letting our clients know how much our commission is, no matter which building they choose.
