NO CONFLICTS OR COMPROMISE

We only represent tenants. All day. Every day. Period. While we maintain significant negotiating clout and strong working relationships with landlords and building owners throughout the Bay Area, we never represent building owners in any way, any time, in any geography. We never have. We never will. We aggressively protect the rights and bottom line of the tenants we represent. We take this responsibility very seriously. By only representing tenants, we avoid the inherent conflicts that full service brokers run into every day. Dual representation of both tenants wishing to lease space and landlords who own the buildings creates a conflict of interest that can negatively impact the tenant. Additionally, full service brokerage firms often maintain or seek contracts to manage or sell buildings for landlords. These types of inherent conflicts can prevent a full service broker from aggressively representing a tenant’s best interests with a building owner. By only representing tenants, we avoid these conflicts.

Many of our clients have worked with us exclusively for more than ten years, and engaged us to complete multiple lease transactions. An office lease represents a major financial commitment. We believe that all tenants deserve senior level support throughout the full scope of their leasing process. As the principals at Rosen Realty Group, we (Mark and Anna Rosen) personally and directly manage all client research, site reviews, lease transactions, and tenant commitments through the entire office leasing process. This approach brings unique benefits to our clients because we have completed hundreds of successful transactions and developed valuable insight into the Bay Area’s office leasing markets. We both have law degrees and substantive experience with negotiations, contracts and real estate law. We can anticipate and address the full spectrum of challenges and opportunities that evolve through each tenant’s leasing process. We deliver on our promise to give you a principal-level guidance.
